04 September, 2020 - I Forgot to Put a Title & Hare

 Dear, Mom -

Hi there, Mom. Whatcha up to today? I pretty much just worked out in the yard and with Birgit today. Then I had to go to the store. My neck is a bit sore and it may have been contributing to my headaches. I think I will ask for a referral to a neck and back doctor to see if they can check my upper vertebrae to make sure everything is still aligned right. I’m not sure what I have been doing differently, but I started getting a sore neck. Uff da. If it’s not one thing it’s another, right?

Today, before I went to work with Birgit, I had a chance to start working on doing some fall clean up in the yard. I cut down the daisies that were through blooming, weeded around the front bed, cut down some other flowers that were done around the gate. I felt like I got some good work done out there. After that, I went over to Birgit’s and worked with her for a few hours (hanging laundry, vacuuming, dusting, mopping). Mainly, I do the things that it is getting to hard for her to do herself. It was getting pretty warm by the time I had finished, so I came home and took it easy for a bit and cooled down.

The rabbit was out in the driveway again today. I asked Birgit if the name “Kanin” is the correct way to say, “rabbit” in Swedish. She said, “No. Hare”. Just like the English Hare only pronounced “ha-rah” with emphasis on the ‘ha’. So, I guess that is what we will call the bunny now. It’s cute regardless.

I really didn’t get but two flower pictures today. I’m sorry. My walks with Elsa the dog are usually when I take them, but this morning we didn’t walk anywhere where there were flowers. I did take one at the dog park, which I thought was very pretty. I will only have three to post, but I figure you would understand.

I have to get up around the usual time tomorrow and start getting the outside ready for my lunch with Kim and Ward on Sunday. I have cherries to rake up, dandelions to pull, grass to cut, and assorted other things to trim and gussie up. I’m going to go ice my neck for a bit.

I hope you have a lovely Saturday, Mom. You deserve only the BEST!

✨❤️⭐️I love you very much. Your Daughter, Sal Ann✨❤️⭐️
